Açaí Vinaigrette Dressing

3 oz Acai juice
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 Dash of garlic powder
1 Dash of onion powder
1/3 cup of extra-virgin olive oil
2 tbsp of tahini 

Whisk all ingredients together.
Pour over your salad.

Chocolate Açaí Shake

Splash of acai juice/puree
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
1 cup of milk
2 Tbsp of low fat cottage cheese
1-2 Tbsp of unfiltered essential fatty acids
1 banana

Add everything to blender except banana.
Blend for 30 seconds on medium setting.
Add banana and pulse blender to frappe the shake.
Serve and enjoy.

Splash of acai juice/puree
1 cup of milk
1 scoop of banana creme protein powder
1-2 Tbsp of unfiltered essential fatty acids
1 banana

Add everything to blender except banana.
Blend for 30 seconds on medium setting.
Add banana and pulse blender to frappe the shake.
Serve and enjoy.

1 banana
Handful of blueberries
Handful of strawberries
Handful of ice

Add everything except fruit to blender and leave on high for 45 seconds.
Add fruit and frappe.
Serve and enjoy.

Splash of acai berry juice/pulp
plash of orange juice
1 scoop of low fat vanilla yogurt
1 banana
Handful of ice

Add everything except fruit to blender and leave on high for 45 seconds.
Add fruit and frappe.
Serve and enjoy.

Açaí Berry Slushy

Splash of acai berry juice
1 cup frozen blueberries
3/4 cup raspberries
3/8 cup of yogurt
1/2 cup of milk
1 teaspoon of wheat germ

Blend the frozen blueberries until they start to break up.
Add the remainder of ingredients, blend, and enjoy.
Makes one cup.

Açaí Bowl

2 cups rolled oats
1 cup milk
1 tsp essential fatty acids
Splash of acai juice/puree
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1 Tbsp honey
1 cup low fat yogurt (any flavor)
1-2 apples, peeled and grated

Combine oats, milk, honey, acai juice/puree, and essential fatty acids into a bowl and let soak overnight in the fridge.
The next morning, add the chopped almonds, apples, and yogurt.
Stir, serve and enjoy.

2 oz Acai juice/puree
4 oz organic mixed berries
8 oz of organic rice, soy or hemp milk

Add juice/puree, rice, soy or hemp milk and berries into blender.
Blend on high.
Pour into a glass.
Serve and enjoy.

Açaí Cherry Smoothie

2 oz of Acai juice
4 oz of fresh cherries
4 oz of plain yogurt
4 oz of apple juice
1 banana
1 handful of strawberries

Add Acai juice, fresh cherries, yogurt, strawberries, and banana into blender.
Blend on high. Add yogurt as needed to thicken shake.
Pour into a glass.
Serve and enjoy.

1 organic banana
4 oz organic mixed berries
8 oz of green tea

Add Acai juice, green tea, berries, and banana into a blender.
Blend on high.
Pour into a glass.

Handful of coconut flakes
